Alex Okada is Executive Creative Director for International accounts at Mullenlowe London. He was initially hired to be the GCD for Persil/OMO/Skip in 2014. During his time at Mullen, Alex led the creative on several new business pitches and by result he become the global creative leader for Bayer, Amazon Prime Video, AkzoNobel and Ferrero International (all new business wins). After 5 years working for Persil and having created the multi awarded campaign “Free the Kids” he is also in charge of a different Unilever giant brand: Knorr. Before joining MullenLowe Group he was ECD in Publicis Spain, CCO in McCann Brazil, Regional Creative Director in Leo Burnett US for Latin America and ECD in Leo Burnett Portugal. His career started in Brazil where he worked in Leo Burnett and DDB. Alex got 15 Cannes Lions metals and dozens of other awards in important shows as One Show, Clio, LIA, Effie's, El OJO, CC, and many others. During his career, Alex worked in several countries, led campaigns around the 5 continents, helped the business grow and inspired the creative culture.
